[firebase-br] Criação de Foreign Key

Pessoas, bom dia!

Não estou conseguindo criar Foreign Key:

uso o comando:

alter table FPGFUNCIOFERIAS
add constraint FK_FPGFUNCIOFERIAS
foreign key (FER_NUMER)
references FPGFUNCIOFERCAP(FER_NUMER)

sempre aparece a mensagem:

This operation is not defined for system tables.
unsuccessful metadata update.
object FPGFUNCIOFERCAP is in use.

Se alguem puder me ajudar eu antecipadamente agradeço
