Olá Fabio,
obrigado pela resposta.
Infelizmente a minha configuração está igual, e continua sem funcionar.
A opção CREATE DATABASE aparece, mais quando eu clico nela, nada
acontece. Nenhuma informação nova é exibida na tela.
Eu estou usando no Firefox 1.0.6, e tmb testei no Opera, sem sucesso.
Estou usando a distribuição o Conectiva Linux 10.
Eu instalei aqui o apache e o PHP. Estou iniciando o apache como root.
Não sei se está correto.
