[firebase-br] Erro ao tentar incluir um registro

Está acontecendo algo estranho na inclusão de um rgistro.
o comando é

UPDATE OR INSERT INTO FORNECEDORES (FOR_CODIGO, FOR_NOME, CMB_CODIGO)
VALUES(
'05819608000166', 'COMERCIO DE CEREAIS MUNOZ E NUNES T', '25507507')
os tres campos sao CHAR.

e o erro: "Arithmetic overflow or division by zero has occurred.Arithmetic
exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation."
este fornecedor nao existe na tabela.

Alguém pode ajudar ?
