Boa Tarde!
    Preciso conectar uma filiall à matriz. A filial utiliza um ip dinamico,
banda larga Velox,  FB 1.5 SS, Win98 e tenho o endereço ip para efetuar a
conexao.O comando ping 200.19.95.152 é executado com sucesso. Estou
utilizando o IBQuery e  o string de conxao é
200.19.95.152:c:\teste\banco.fdb.
Quando tento conectar aparece o erro: "Failed to establish a connection
unknown Win32 error 10060".
    Estou efetuando alguns teste para convencer meu cliente a adquirir um ip
fixo.
    O quê devo fazer?
