Yep, the subject says it all. Go get it from here:

Anyone who doesn't like reading manuals ought to be aware that Alpha 3 
includes an ODS change. Databases created with Alphas 1 or 2 will be 
unreadable with Alpha 3. So, backup anything you want to keep before 
uninstalling a previous alpha.

And you should also bear in mind that this is an Alpha release. It is not 
intended for new users.

If you have find a problem please remember that the correct place to 
discuss it is in fb-devel. Please do not bring problems with pre-release 
kits to fb-support. This list is for production versions only.

Linux versions of Alpha 3 will be available at some indeterminate time in 
the future.
